Lunch at Amandari. I hadQuinoa Salad, which my husband loved yesterday. It’s sort of Mexican inspired flavour, I think. Really good. I’ll try to recreate it at home. What was used in the salad were, I think, 3 kinds of quinoa, onion, red pepper, chilli, sweet corn, edamame, small bean (pinto?) and orange, cashew nut & coriander on top. Th dressing was lime juice based but quite sweet.

My husband had Chicken Cesar Salad.
