- slices of pork meat like 1.5 2 pounds
- optional some chicken breast
- 1/2 cup grape seeds oil
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cup water
- bay leaf
- black pepper
Add salt and black pepper on both sizes of the meat, and put the meat into a big pan, on one level. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix all together.
Bake the meat for 1 hour, on medium heat, turning the meat on the other side half way through.
Eat this meat with your favorite side we ate it one time with roasted bell peper salad, and one time with cabbage salad.
